Working within a monochrome palette invites artists to explore the full expressive potential of a single colour—using variation in tone, tint, and shade to create depth, mood, and movement.
This exhibition is a study in technique, where each piece is built from one colour and brought to life through subtle shifts in value, the layering of line, and the careful construction of form. Stripped of a full spectrum, the focus turns to the artist’s ability to create richness and complexity within constraint.
Surrounded by these works, viewers are immersed in colour while discovering the power of restraint—where limitation becomes a source of creativity, and a single palette reveals surprising depth and character.
Drop by Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm or Saturday 10am - 2pm between February 24 and April 10 to really emerse yourself in this practice.
