5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment terms:

  • All class or workshop services are paid in full upfront online, prior to the beginning of a service beginning.

  • Private, on-going classes, can be paid for online or in person prior to the start of each class.

  • Late payments may incur fees (if applicable).

  • Taxes (GST) will be added where required.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations/Refunds are only provided under the conditions stated below:

  1. Plan Memberships can be cancelled at any time with an email to The Fig, thefigstudioarts@gmail.com, with no required explanation. The membership will automatically cancel at the next scheduled renewal date and there will be no renewal charge.

  2. Refunds for services, this allows us an opportunity to resell the service:

  • 100% refund up to 7 days prior to service starting

  • 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of service starting

  • 0% refund if cancelled after start of service

  • No refunds for completed services unless required by law.

Customers may have statutory cancellation rights under Alberta law in certain situations (e.g., online or direct sales). [dbhllp.com]

 

7. Customer Responsibilities

 

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Cooperate as required for service delivery

  • Not misuse the service or website

8. Intellectual Property

 

All website content, branding, and materials remain the property of The Fig Studio Arts.

9. Limitation of Liability
