Hand Building Pottery is a way to shape clay without the use of a potters wheel. You have the ability to create basic shapes like mugs and plates and can also expand into sculptural vases. In this 7-week intro to the handbuilding , you’ll learn basic techniques of handbuilding pottery. - Setting up the studio & tools - Pinch, Coiling, Slab - Designing & constructing forms - Glaze & decoration You will work on projects in each technique and be able to take home everything after the completion of the class. Included in this class: clay, equipment, tools and instruction

Cancellation Policy
This is a multi-week art course. Full attendance is recommended as each session builds on the previous one. • Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.
