Tired of just watching pottery videos? Start creating instead. In this 7-week intro to the wheel, you’ll learn the essential basics of throwing. - Setting up the studio & tools - Wedging clay - Centering clay on the wheel - Pulling walls (creating a cylinder) - Shaping forms – creating a mug or bowl - Trimming forms - Basics of glazing & decorating You will work on 8 – 12 projects and be able to take home everything after the completion of the class. Included in this class: clay, equipment, tools and instruction

This is a multi-week art course.
